Leadership Coalition: Business & Network Development

The Leadership Coalition was established by TEAMWERK LLC, a network development company dedicated to enhancing resource accessibility for solo and family entrepreneurs. Our mission is to promote financial freedom and support progressive enterprises through systematic approaches that deliver high-quality results in a timely manner. This private leadership session is designed for collaboration and personal development, focusing on key areas aligned with course lessons and assignments. Participants will connect with like-minded individuals, fostering a supportive environment for building community initiatives and achieving personal goals. * Monthly Modules: One module per month * Monthly Development Assignments: Hands-on tasks to apply development and collaboration * Monthly Live Group Session: Interactive sessions for feedback, discussion and collaboration (Every 2nd Thursday of the month) * Private Group Chat: Ongoing communication and support * 24/6 Email & Chat Support: Access via our member app * Monthly Meetings of the Minds: One virtual meeting per month and occasional in-person outing * Self-Paced Course: Includes empowerment messages, development activities, goal-setting check-ins, collaborative projects, and opportunities * Industry-Based Groups (IBG): Industry-specific forums for collaboration, workshops, demos, and youth mentorship In our group setting, each member will share three areas where they need support and offer assistance in at least one area for another member. Every 90 days, we will revisit our support needs, allowing time for coalition members to seek assistance in all three areas within that period.
